These pictures are of Rylee and I in Atlanta, GA. We went with Matt for business and had a wonderful time. Reese and Maggie stayed with mom in Tyler, Maggie had school & Reesie had therapy.
Pictures in front of New World of Coca-Cola Museum. Rylee thought this was a really neat place, she got to sample coke products from Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, etc...I think our favorite was the pinenut soda from Africa, sounds strange but actually pretty yummy!

Reese loved riding in this wagon while at the hospital. She put her sippy cup in the cupholder and clutched on to the little "lamby" they gave her. We walked round and round the nurses' station, many times. When the nurses were trying to start her iv she looked at Matt and I (while crying) and said "wanta go walking". It was so sweet, I guess she thought that by suggesting another walk in the wagon she could escape all the nurses.
Here's Reesie with Mrs. Tracy (in the black) and a student who was just observing for the day. Tracy is the occupational therapist and works with Reese on fine motor skills, things with her hands etc.....She's with Tracy 30-45 min at a session and she'll start going 2 times/week starting the middle of September. Reese loves all the fun things they do and the therapists are wonderful.
The picture to the left is Reese in her wheeled stander, AKA "chair-chair". She likes being in her chair, I think because it gives her so much independence and she can follow her sisters around the house. She still can't make it over the thresholds from the carpet to concrete but she's working on it. We have a special spot in the dining room that we keep the stander and when I say "let's park it" she'll wheel herself to that spot and wait for me to get her out. She can do big circles in it and likes to play on the piano while she's standing up tall in it, but watch your toes when she's around. Ouch!!! What a sweet little girl, Heavenly Father has truly blessed us.
